We understand that most people who become UK citizens by naturalisation may have missed the formal citizenship education taught in secondary schools in England.
We help migrants and other members of BME community acquire the skills, knowledge and confidence that will enable them make better decisions, and impact the UK positively.
We want UK residents to have a good understanding of the political, legal and economic functions of the British society, in addition to the social and moral awareness to thrive in it.
Our activities:
- Our social impact activities allow members discuss what areas of the society they are passionate about and want to participate in. As part of these activities we provide opportunities for members to take part in.
- Our Interactive Political activities: We provide opportunities for people from the BME community to understand the values of UK political parties and take part in them if they want to.. We are not affiliated to any political party.
- Good citizenship campaign: We create awareness on the relevance of good citizenship and the importance of learning about citizenship.
